On the day of arrival, your room or apartment will be ready from 3 p.m.
An early arrival is possible from 11 a.m. – bathrobe, bath bag with sauna towels and locker key (deposit) are available at the reception.
Please let us know, if you arrive after 6 p.m.

On the day of departure, please vacate your room not later than 11 a.m.
There is a changing room at your disposal. You are still welcome to use our spa area for an extra charge.

Please get intouch with us, if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, so that we can arrange a customized solution.

Babyphone:
Your room-phone is also a babyphone. You can put the phone on your preferential number (mobile or room number). Please let the reception know.

Googie’s Agency also rents stable 3-wheel strollers, which are excellently suited for winter use. A fur bag is available or you bring your own.

Bathrobes, bath towels and slippers are available on arrival in a spa bag in your room.

These are available free of charge (in the ski room). Please register in the borrower list, and don‘t forget to return them. We will have to charge for missing items.

Our breakfasts are a labour of love.
Carefully selected regional delicacies indulge every palate, ensuring energy and vitality. Start the day with a lovingly home-made meal, using natural foods from local farmers and trusted suppliers from our region.

The “MATS 4erlei” variety leaves the decision to you:
Take a seat and enjoy a long and lazy buffet breakfast, an equally delicious room service breakfast hamper or would you rather have a quickie Mini MATS?

Or order daily fresh bread at you door.
Please leave any bakery orders at the reception by 6 p.m. the night before.

Upon departure, or if you are planning something special, talk to us in advance, so that we can arrange an earlier breakfast time for you.

We are delighted that you want to spend your holiday with us in MATS LECH ALPENQUARTIER.
Unfortunately, sometimes you need to cancel your holiday with us, arrive later or leave us earlier
than expected.

• You can cancel your booking without incurring a cancellation fee up to three months before your agreed date of arrival, provided you do so in writing.
• Cancellation is possible within three months prior to your arrival, subject to the following
  cancellation fees:
  • up to one month prior to arrival: 40 % of the total agreed price
  • up to one week prior to arrival: 70 % of the total agreed price
  • within the last week prior to arrival: 90 % the total agreed price

In case of late arrival or early departure, we have to charge the full room price.

We recommend that you take out hotel cancellation or travel insurance
(Holiday Austria Insurance) for MATS LECH ALPENQUARTIER:

A lot can happen before the start of a trip; the trip cancellation insurance (Hotelstorno Plus) covers
the costs (without a deductible) if you have to cancel your trip unexpectedly for reasons such as a
sudden serious illness of a family member, or even in case of dismissal by your employer. In addition, the trip cancellation insurance (Hotelstorno Plus) provides insurance cover for any travel interruptions, delayed arrivals, an involuntary extension of the stay as well as for any search and rescue.
The insurance cover applies for a stay of up to 31 days in Europe. The insurance company will require confirmation in writing from the treating physician for any medically justified claims relating to the cancellation cover. Please note that existing medical conditions are only covered if you become acutely ill unexpectedly.

We clean your apartment (except the kitchen) and rooms on a daily basis.
Final cleaning is included in the price. Heavily soiled kitchens will incur an extra charge of 50 Euro.

Hotel guests are able to charge their electric vehicle in our garage for free. A charger is available for all electric vehicles.

Lech offers a wide selection of first class restaurants.
We are happy to assist you with any reservations.

In winter, delivery services offer a very good selection of food that you can enjoy here in MATS (in the apartment or in the guest lounge).

You are very welcome to purchase drinks on our top floor.
Excellent speciality coffee from our grinder coffee machine, fine wines, champagne and liquors as well as soft drinks are always available for collection. We have therefore deliberately refrained from having mini bars in the rooms.

Give your car a holiday too.
The free local bus will take you safely everywhere around Lech and the surrounding area. There is a nightly bus serice, called “James”, available (at an extra charge: 5 Euro). Should you decide to stay out a little bit longer.

We will gladly issues you with ski passes in the winter and with the Lech-Card in summer at the reception desk. (Deposit of € 5,– per card)

There is a washing machine and a dryer available for your use, located at the entrance of
the underground garage, for any interim small wash loads (coin operated) or Lech Wash:

Arlberg Classic Car Rally
The ACCR takes place every year in late June, always putting on an amazing show of classic and vintage cars. Throughout the year, you can retrace the different stages with your own vinatge car.

Please let us know, if you would like a massage.
We can arrange a date with a masseur in our massage room  (wellness area).
Please ask at the reception desk.

Shouldn’t you have to use far away from the noise of the world.
If you consider to take your electric friend with you, it would be good to suppress the acoustic signal in public areas – the other guests will thank you.

We have a cozy little reading corner on the second floor, with books and magazines available for your perusal. Complimentary newspapers are available in the bar area.

Enjoy a good book on our terrace or near by the river Lech.

Reception is the keyword whenever you have any questions. In case the reception is unattended, you can also reach us via telephone by dialling 600.

To fix your booking, we ask you to announce your credit card (card number + expiry date) or transfer the deposit to the following account:

Upon arrival, each guest will receive a key-card, which allows access to all areas.
Please do not forget to take your key-card when you go out in the evening. The card is
also used to open the garage.

Your car can take a holiday of its own in our underground garage.
In winter 18 € and in summer 8 € per day.
For motorcycles, bicycles, mountain bikes and e-bikes there is free parking in our garage.

You are welcome to pay in cash, by debit or credit card.
To prevent any stress on the day of departure, you can settle your bill the night before.

Please be aware that pets are not allowed.

A small play area  „Mätschen” is provided fpr our younger guests on the top floor.

A supervised ski and boot room with a boot dryer is available for storing your sports equipment. We kindly request that you do not enter the rooms and apartments in you ski boots.

It is important to us that you sleep very well.
High quality bedding and hygienic, hypo-allergenic mattresses, pillows and bed linen, sourced from a local company, guarantee a good night’s sleep. By request we can chang into eiderdown quilts.

Our rooms and apartments are non-smoking. We kindly invite you only to smoke outside on your balcony.

Our swimming pool is open from 7 a.m. to 9:45 p.m.

Our wellness area, with its finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam bath, infrared sauna and Kneipp basin, is  open from 3 p.m. to 9:45 p.m.
On request, you can also use the wellness area on other times (i. e. bad weather).

A solarium is available in the massage room at an additional charge. You can get the chip (€ 2.-) at the reception.

Current issues arrive daily in the “Morning Mail” (available at breakfast or in your apartment). You will find a weekly programme for events and activities in Lech at the reception.  For detailed information about Lech and the restaurants, look at the Lech Tourism information brochure in your room map.

We will also gladly provide you with information in person and are available at the reception desk to answer any queries. Make the most of our wealth of experience.

A safe is provided in your room/apartment for storing your valuables.

Telephones are available for your use (can be freely plugged in within the rooms and apartments). For long distance calls, you must first dial „0“ and then the number.
For internal calls, simply dial the corresponding number (the room number is also the telephone number). Precise instructions are included in the appendix.

Each room has a TV with a wide range of national and international TV and radio programmes. Actual TV programme is located in your room.

For the bride and groom we recommend one of our beautiful apartments.
